| D | Departure | On the day of departure the rental object has to be checked out at 09:30. Rented items like laundry, toaster, etc. have to be returned to the rental office. The mattress protection has to be left in the rental object. The basic cleaning of the apartment, especially the kitchen and the dishes, has to be done by the tenant. The waste needs to be disposed by the tenant. | |||||||
| Deposit | You can pay the deposit on our European Union Bank Account in Euros or directly to our Swiss Bank Account in Swiss Francs. The needed bank information can be found on the contract. | ||||||||

| Euro-Norm-Electro-Plug | We offer you a free plug with Euro-Norm. If needed you can get one from our rental office in Blatten. Please return the plug after the end of the vacation. | ||||||||
| Exchange rate | The current Euro exchange rate for bank prepayments (deposit) and other payments at the rental office is determined by Beltour. The exchange rate is always adjusted to the regional banks. At the very moments it’s better for foreign clients from the European union to change Euro into Swiss Francs at home or to transfer the prepayment directly on our account on the swiss bank. Please choose SEPA-Mode for your banktransfer. | ||||||||

| I | Internet | In and around the tourist office in Blatten is a free wireless (WLAN) available. For the access no password is needed. | |||||||
| K | Kitchen towel | The kitchen towel can be brought by yourself or can be rented separately in addition to the laundry package. | |||||||
| L | Laundry | The rented laundry has to be collected at the reception in Blatten, together with the keys. The laundry package consists of a set of bed sheets, one big and one small towel. Kitchen towels can be brought or rented separately. | |||||||
| M | Mail redirection | If there is a mail box number on the apartment’s brochure you can redirect your mail to your name and the mail box number plus CH-3914 Blatten bei Naters. | Mattress | Mostly the mattresses are 90cm wide and 190cm or 200cm long. If there are French mattresses with a size of 140cm to 180cm, there is a side note in the brochure. | ||||||||
| Mountain Guide | If you would like to have a mountain guide, please contact the alpine center or the tourist office in Blatten. For more information belalpalpincenter.ch. | ||||||||
| N | Number of persons | Please respect the limit of the number of people per apartment given in the brochure. Even children count as one adult person. In some apartments additional people have space but may have to pay extra. | |||||||
| P | Payment | The bank account and the payment instructions are mentioned on the rental contract. | |||||||
| Pets | Dogs can not be left alone in the apartment. Birds, cats or similar pets have to be in a cage when they are left in the apartment alone. Please inform us ahead if you would like to bring your own pet. Additional costs will be charged. | ||||||||
| Pillow | Most of the pillows are 100cm long and 65cm wide. There is a chance that there are different sizes. | ||||||||
